Dropping my truck...
yeah,i will be getting this DJM kit VERY soon, i am and will continue to be the highest bidder, so i just need to get shocks, and install
Any suggestions on shocks?? It is a full kit, springs for front(3in) and shackles(5in.)rear. Should look good, high quality kit. It is from a private seller, and not some company, with proof it's real. So i am happy.
Now rims. I have been kicking around the idea of using mustang rims...Thoughts? I was thinking bullit rims

3/5 will look weird, it wont be level, it will be lower in the back, mustang rims look good on rangers, im actually looking for some but they are going on my toyota
i didn't think rangers had torsion bars. But your best bet is to get a lowering kit like the 1 ur bidding on. And i agree about the mustang wheels on a ranger look pretty good.
that kit will be good all the time unless you plan to bag it!! that shit will prolly ride just like stock, might have to trim up your bumpstops but thats all!!
rangers have I-beam frontend NOT ..torsion bars. rangers are about the hardest to lower because of that and cost the most to do so. you need to buy a lowered I-beam set up call 'PRO TRUCKS" and for the rear you can use any type of lowering block 3inch at the most and i would run the main leaf spring along with the biggest helper spring in the rear to get the lowest. maybe get a rear airshock from Sears. since your stock shock are gonna ride bad

i just hope i will tuck mustang rims...
