take it off and clean it with throttle body cleaner or go pick a new one up there pretty cheap

i just got a brand new one and it wasnt cheap it was $298.00

they are not cheap by no means. not trying to discredit you, but there are 2 plugs under there that will fit. i plugged the wrong one in and wound up buying a new iacv and that was not the fix to my problem.
