If you want cheap and spacious then check out Harbor Inn Apartments on Diamond springs and Shore Drive. I lived there for almost 3 years and it was like 700.00 for a 1000 sqft 2 brm apartment. If you want nice and dont care about price then check out Chicks Beach, and areas around Great Neck on shore Drive

 

my friend has an apt ON Little Creek. I can't remember the complex name, but his lease ends in 2 months.

I'm living in a house near ODU campus. Everyone is moving out by the end of the semester, so the land lord will be looking for new tenants. Rent is about 1200 a month (all utilities included) for a split house with 4 bed rooms, a bathroom. It was just recently built last summer. Everything is new.

 

At least your not going to New Orleans. Life could be worse. You could be me!

 

I used to own one of those condo's at Newpointe. 2 Master Bedrooms w/ 2 full bathrooms, Washer and Dryer. I sold mine about 3 yrs ago for ~$90k and the guy was renting out for about $700 a month or something. If your looking for somewhere to rent and close to Little Creek look up Newpointe Condo's on Newtown and Baker.

 

My sister is stationed there right now.. lol..

i live in a apt off little creek. Royal oaks apt rents like 655 month for two bedroom water waste covered with rent lots of military people.
