....ummmm no.... look again. All 92-00 civics (and 94-01 integras).... regardless of model, made within those years has an integrated "clip" in which you can check the CEL code via a series of blinks.... same as OBD1....

well i just read the whole thing and it says that you have to use a plug in. "scan tool" i dont see where you can check it by jumping the termals on it. i didnt think i was blind

I have an OBD2 car and I jump mine all the time when the light comes on. Paperclip are my friendz.
