just a btw, lazer venture etc was bought out by lowes hince the sonic staying there. since lowes and sonic have a partnership with each other for some reason. but in about 6 months or so lowes is scheduled to begin construction at that location.

 

I was told it was Home Depot. So it really did happen though? Lowes really bought it?

We have too many of them as is in Roanoke. We also have too many of the following:

- banks
- CVS
- Walgreens

and not enough of the following:

- places to eat
- things to do

the reason fast freddy's is no more is because of a disagreement between the owner of the lot and the owner of fast freddy's

if anyone read the "so salem" edition the roanoke times, it was front page a few weeks back. The guy that owns the lot wants the guy that own fast freddy's to rent 16 spots, and hold a 3 million dollar liability policy. The owner of fast freddy's cant do that cause it would take a huge chunk outta his profits. so, its closed


the spot has been moved to the parking lot in front of blockbuster at cross roads. i was there like 2 weeks ago and there were a sh*t load of cars there.

 

Well im either going with a LS/VTEC with a small snail and low boost, or an built H2B setup. But that will probably take a year or more to put together.

Or I might just get a bike and leave my D in the sol for now. Who knows I gotz debt to pay off first.
