i was going to say oil seal in turbo mine did it. but they way you make it sound it sounds like your rings are going bad in motor

b16 rings are famous for going bad mine have gone have and it smokes hella bad when i get down on it

It's the ring lands, not the rings. My rings were perfectly fine when I blew my motor up and the ring lands were fucked.

Are you sure you didn't put too much oil in the motor? Has it gone down since you drove it?

What turbo is it? Oil restricter?

Hows your drain, unkinked and flowing properly?

And finally, really doesn't matter for this situation, is your car tuned?

if it only does it when you get on it, it is the rings or ring lands. perform a compression test on all of the cylinders.

if it were the turbo oil seals, it would smoke all the time.
