carbon hood question
Hey I have a carbon hood and it is starting too get spots on it and I was wondering if all I have to do is just put a clear coat over top of it if someone knows can you tell me please thanks.

From my understanding, you wet-sand it first, then re-clear. I'm sure more people will chime in as 90% of the CF hoods on this site are sold needing this done.

No, but it helps when people can understand you when you ask a question.
Find my understanding, carbon hoods come with a gel-coating. You have to protect that or you end up with a hood like yours.
Sand it off, reclear it and enjoy your horrid looking hood.
