i should not have to read his post 3 times in order to understand what he is saying, especially if he is in criminal justice school. but hey, i guess that is the way the country is being raised these days. seriously, what is the purpose of typing like that? how much time do you actually save?

// end thread jack, if you would like to further this discussion send me a PM

The bold is all I read of your reply then hit quote... Should of stayed in school and you might know how to read. I read his post 1 time and comprehended it perfectly fine. Yes its fucked up, but its still readable.

Its funny, just a few post ago you were asking how cute TOOL was, as if that wasn't off topic but as soon as the tables turn you want to get back on subject.

I'm done.

He's obviously guilty of manslaughter. 1st or 2nd degree murder is a stretch unless they can prove intent and premeditation.

Then again if someone was breaking into my house I'd probably shoot them through the door too. Better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

so i don't think he's completely innocent but not entirely guilty. He was growing plants, did cover it up, and was probably acting hard/ bad ass to all his friends in the months or years leading up to this but i don't think he deserves life. The police could have handled this WAY better. I do think they told the informant to do whatever is nessassary to get evidence of the plants in his property including breaking and entering.

I bet he will keep his nose clean the rest of his life though if he beats this.

This case is known country wide. And the neighboring states as well as neighboring cities, as far as law enforcement goes, know that the CPD are to agressive and have departmental problems. This time the aggressiveness bit them in the ass and they have lost one of their own. The CPD knew he had been robbed prior and continued the raid. Would of been easier to grab him as he left for work in the morning and safer. The guy is obviously innocent and this case should have been tossed out a looooooong time ago. And if this wasn't in Virginia, yes it would have been tossed out by now.
