Blasphemy? An LS2 in an S2K
I'd drive the shit out of that s2k..
just because there is a larger heavier motor doesn't mean you cant turn..
people who complain about this shit.. have no driving/racing skill whatsoever.

Right. But when you cut away a huge part of the car's structure to fit the larger heavier motor you lose rigidity. You can still turn but it's probably a lot like driving a wet paper bag. Or a Camaro. Which, coincidentally, you can get with an LSX straight from the dealer (!)
PAHAHA says who?? the only car(s) that I know of that has a perfect weight ratio is the Corvette and the R34.
Sure the S2k might be a nimble machine.. with power in the Stratosphere on the RPM band.. but i've never heard anyone mention this "perfect weight ratio"
I understand where you're coming from, but on a already RWD car.. how much did they actually have to cut away.
If you said that about that one "Civette" that was posted up on H-T i'd agree that taking that thing onto a track that wasn't in a straight line wouldnt exactly be the best idea.
i'd be willing to bet that this LSx S2k would handle somewhat well (not as well as stock, but well enough to have fun with) given the new powerplant.
Correct me if i'm wrong (i dont know much about LSx motors) but how much of a HP increase was this.. I know that s2k's are in the 220-240 range stock.. what is the LSx.. 300-350?
