Why in the fuck...would anyone shoot someone over a petty theft? I mean, shooting somewhere in the same general direction to scare them off? Maybe. Didn't something like this just happen in Richmond a guy was getting 'carjacked' and he used his gun on the so called robber who was unarmed and now the guy who was getting 'carjacked' is going to jail for murder i saw this on nbc12 a few weeks back
