Default 240sx making rattling noise..

There's a rattling noise coming from the engine bay, it seems like it's coming from the back of the engine, close to the firewall. I want to know if anyone else with a 240 has come across the same noise and what might be causing the rattle. Any help will be greatly appriectated.

I'll check that, but also check this...It doesn't make the noise when it's in park. It only does it when the lights are turned on and when it's either in reverse or drive.

Engine load is high when lights are on or in park/drive. check alternator for noise.

It was the heat shields, I took the ones off that covered the cat and the part that covered the piping that comes from the exhaust manifold. Now it's silient, no more rattling. Thanks for the help.
