i ended up just re looping it because those u clamps dont hold so well unless it has 2 cables within

i can weld these 2 blocks to the well also

The Dent Sport Garage S13 made something similar from home depot, haha.





If you need it done up front maybe you can do something like that?

 

That looks all well and fine but I'd be worried bout the spring pushing the "shock" up and bending the inner shaft...

 

The Dent Sport guys know what they're doing, so I would assume it is safe.

 

But I'd be willing to assume that one quick rebound on that stiff strut and it would bend the inner shaft...

For instance, I bent a shaft pulling springs off of a strut when the springs max height extended the max height of the spring compressors and one shot off the side of the spring resulting in a bent "shock"

 

its too keep my spring mated to the chassis... when the car is in mid air, or when i brake. im sure it "floats"

eh, im trying to clean it up, then it will look like its supposed too
