You obviously didn't take my post for what it was.... Metaphorical language... I'm not retarded, and understand that it is legal.... What I'm trying to get at, is that the lack of availibility here makes it damn near impossible for us guys with "STREET CARS" up in this area to use it. Probably should have used a simile there....

so it's not fair because you can only buy it at the same place you buy your perfectly fair nitrous from?

Fuel has nothing to do with streetability. Just a matter of how dedicated or deep pockets the car owner is.. haha. I get my E85 in bulk at a public station and fill up as needed at my house. I refill my home stash once a month.

hope you're ready to race your street car against some race car imports!

seems like the hondas don't want to compete in the event but want to show up with their race cars to show they can keep up with domestic street cars anyways. MAybe the event should be changed to "domestic street cars vs import race cars". Oh wait, we all already have that event at MIR every year!

The "fairness" of nitrous was questioned by one of the import guys earlier (in the same connotation as meth) by the statment "what if I caught you on the street without it."

I'm not trying to argue that e-85 shouldn't be allowed... I just think adding an "exotic" fuel should open it up for ALL fuels....

Look dude... I'm trying to help the import guys out on this one by saying it should be opened up to whatever fuel.....

Just as an FYI, incase this makes a difference to you, I don't run race gas in the main tank... I never have, nor do I need to... I've described the stand alone system a couple of times in this thread.

Easily done using the available public E85 stations.... Here's the list:
