(local) Import vs Domestic race
and Mid Atlantic Performance go ahead and put me on the list for class 1, just received some goodies in the mail and i'd like to put them to the test, hopefully a date comes up sooner than later so i can figure 100% if i can attend
90 240sx - Turbo...
I would love to have you there, I have a few customers that are showing up with a few of the 2.3s

It's the people... I love Hondas and Toyotas... The cars are just so popular and budget friendly, that everyone wanting to go fast buys one... Unfortionately, a lot of those people have just got their licenses, watched F&F, and bought a Civic and a fart can.... then they go to Freedom Wash..
Same reason I "hate" Mustangs actually.....
i guess its the very few people that do stupid shit and categorize them with the nice hondas. i dont mind them if there done right. but not a big ass wing and shit like that. lol
I don't think its the car's that most people end up hating on, I own several honda's myself, its just there is a gross epidemic of douchebags who drive them. Of course there's a bunch of knowledgeable ones also but its usually 10/100 and honestly same goes for some domestic drivers too

One other thing, even though it's sortof a given, I think class 1 needs to require exhaust (aside from wastegates) exiting the rear of the car and functioning lights (blown bulb could be excused I guess). I think it's understood but I can still see some jackass showing up with a 4" exhaust pipe out his fender or a scoop instead of a headlight claiming street car and that's not gonna fly. Not sure your opinion on cutouts, I'd say they would be allowed as long as the full rest of the pipes are there in streetcar fashion, since it's something that can be opened when desired for spirited street driving when the owner desires. I don't run a cutout so I could care less what the ruling is, just my opinion.

what do u need and i might be getting another head tonight lol but we can make it happen sooner lol yea beezy needs to get his car done and r u gonna run slicks
Why would the winning import need dyno time, obviously they have to be doing something right... and pointless power pulls on a dyno when you know your car inside/out is just retarded..
I guess its a dumb-mestic thing?
Cause they are all close to the same
Pistons
Rods
.60mm turbo, 35r, 4088. etc for a street car
Headwork, (cams, springs, rets, IM, TB)
LSD, Traction bars maybe.
