KW coilovers, hands down. My car is fairly low and rides great on them.

The white car up there has Advan RZs. I'm not sure about the red one, they looks like some sort of knock-off, cheap wheel. Axis maybe? The bottom ones are Volks

Your brother got a set of Volk GT-Ps for $300?! Either he got a ridiculous deal or they are beat to hell or knockoffs. They usually go for about $1k used for a good set from what I've seen over the years
