I'm surprised that no one has creeped on her facebook or something yet. But this is the person you can thank for all of that.
Terry Ann Langhorne

Hoping for a good recovery.

So my question is still unanswered...
Was Terri Langhorn the driver of the Kia or the Accord?
If she was the driver of the Kia that caused the Accord to swerve then there's a case against her.
If she was the driver of the accord that lost control avoiding the Kia, then you really have no reason to go after her

As Brian said, lawyer and insurance. I don’t see any harm w/ posting the happenings here other than giving her lawyer something to chew on. VA min limits are 25/50/20 so your car will be mostly covered (up to 20k). Your doctors bills are gonna FLY past the 25k at which point (if you have comprehensive) I think your car insurance will kick in if not your own health insurance. (unless you’re a democrat, then us republicans just want you to die). As Brian said, this will get MESSY and it may take a bit to get any compensation (if you can even get any – can’t squeeze blood from a turnip).
And no matter how bad it feels, pick yourself up, you’ll be fine. Had a guy on another forum get hit by a kid driving way too fast, put him in a coma for a month, and he’s been recovering for the last 3. He had NO health insurance.

I've decided to go with Kalfus Nachman to work for me and all medical bills SHOULD be covered less the 2500 deductible with my Anthem medical. So all is not that bad.
Only thing i've done was research to back up my vehicle value figure(in case they try to give less). Such as avrg for similar model within 300 miles radius, plus nada, kbb. Just hope shes not limited to 20k, but even if she is i m still staying positive.
Just looking forward to surgery Tuesday and trying not to think of anything else. I got to tell you the worst thing about this injury at this point is feeling my toes literally dangle in the half-cast as all they got holding them in is skin....such a fucking gross feeling. AND since i have to try keep moving the foot/toes to help the swelling its makes it just that much worse lol.

And as far as the radio; i have no clue. But seeing how the dash tore up i wouldn't be surprised if some harness got damaged

File with your auto-insurance company for the property damage.... they will cover you for your car's value then go after her for reimursement. If she's got 20k max then her insurance will pay yours $20k then yours will worry about suing her for the balance owed etc.
In a scenario like this go through your car/health insurance and follow your lawyer's advice and pay your deductibles up front and then let them fight it out and do the heavy lifting and collecting. When they eventually get reimbursed you'll get your deductibles refunded to you.
