Stay away from Balch Automotive & Collision
No, I shouldn't apologize because I should have had that experience the first time I brought the car there. I shouldn't have to bring my shit back twice to get it right. Good on him for making it right, and hopefully people who read this will see that he took care of it, and maybe in turn it will be some good advertisement for them.

Mr. Balch happens to be a good friend of the family, and I for one can vouch for his business. At any shop there is always going to be a bad apple or so. If something is wrong, always speak to the owner first. I know first hand if somebody screws something up at their shop it is pretty much the mechanics ass on the line. I send my vehicles to them all the time, one guy screwed up pretty bad and then I received a phone call from Mr. Balch himself telling me that action was taken against the employee and for me to bring the vehicle back to him, made sure it was first priority, and that it would be taken care of free of charge.
Speak with the owner, before getting your panties in a bunch. If that gets you no where, then rant and rave until your hearts content. But if you do not address the issues with the owner, then they do not know what the issues are and they cannot correct them.
Again, Balch is a great shop, and good people. They have been family friends ever since I can remember, and I trust very few shops other than theirs.
