Erm. Right, heres the answers you wanted:

Head Bolts:

1st Pass: 22 ft/lb
2nd Pass: 63 ft/lb

Sequence is:

[8] [6] [2] [4] [10]
[9] [3] [1] [5] [7]

Camshaft Holders:

1st Pass: 2 ft/lb
2nd Pass: 7.2 ft/lb

These -should- be marked with an E and an I to indicate your (E)xhaust and (I)ntake camshaft holders. If not, well, yeah..

The sequence for the (I)ntake is:

[13] [7] [5] [1] [3] [9] [11]
[12] [10] [4] [2] [6] [8] [14]

The sequence for the (E)xhaust is the same.

Have fun with it, some don't do two steps on the holders and then later wonder why their rockers bind on their valves. So, do it, trust me..

I was told you have to torque down the bolts three times. If that is so does anyone have any experience doing so as I am in need of answers. Motor is a B20B
