No, that's not right at all. A resistor box goes inline with the 12V source to each injector. The ECU switches the injectors to ground. Normally (with high impedance injectors which don't need external current limiting) the 12V source to each injector is tied to a common point (that's what the cap is tying together).


And resistors actually resist the flow of current. A change in voltage is the result of that.

I was partially correct i knew in theory.
