I just looked up the OEM part numbers and the rear shocks and springs are the same part numbers for 4 or 6 cylinder.
In the front the V6 has different part number shocks and springs.If I had to guess I'd say they are stiffer and firmer to deal with the heavier weight of the V6 engine,but the fitment is the same.

The V6 won't have the same springs and struts in the front as the 4 cyl, which seems to be verified by ^^^^.
This is Honda engineering after all, not someone doing a backyard engine swap and neglecting the basic things that should be addressed on the car for a different engine.
