If you use your tranny then you keep your axles along with it.If you use the zc tranny then you need 90-93 integra intermediate shaft and axles. If I remember correctly..Its been a while since ive done a zc swap.Just stick with your current tranny and youll be sure to have a driveable car.I will forewarn you though that your zc isnt going to be a very big improvement to your current set-up unless its a built motor. The zc was intended for the older (lighter) civics.Ive don'e two zc swaps into 96+ civics and both customers were unsatisfied with the power. So this is a warning...save your money and get a b16..or mill the head on your d series buy a fuel pump some injectors and squeeze a 100 shot a nitrous, youll spank alot of swaps out there like that.If anything buy the zc and sell it on ebay.Use that money to donate to me for the helpful information so I can finish my civic.

Yea...... Well my motor I have now is shot. I sucked water into it like 3 weeks ago and now my rods are knocking and all sorts a shit. I was gonna drop a zc in because I can get an awesome deal on one from my friend, plus I have a d series turbo set up I was gonna slap on it. And I figured even tho a zc isn't much more powerul than a sohc vtec motor, the ZC will handle boost real well from wut I've heard, and thatll be my power adder.
