whats my chances
put said compression tester in the hole, point guage towards you, take a breaker bar or a socket wrench, and turn the crank, you may need to do it more than once.but youll be able to get a compression number for that cylinder without actually starting the car.

rotating the crankshaft would still do the same thing as starting the car. it would could fuck shit up. you have two options one put another timing belt on and then do a compression test or two take the head off and take a look. if your going to rotate the crankshaft the pistons will go up and down and the valves are going to be stationary. you have a interference motor you cant just go cranking your motor when your valves are not moving they will interfere.
well i put the timing belt on and it sounds ok
but now i got a new problem
my clutch when the car is idling is fine goes down springs back fine stiff like it should be
when u rev it up it goes down hits a spot then after a sec or 2 comes back
when im driving if i hit the clutch the car turns off completly when it restarts it sounds like its grinding still
its a new stage 3 clutch what is my new problem
