You should have an artist sketch/paint a portrait of her. Or do it yourself if you're artistic. Love letters, poetry, blah blah... all of that could involve paper. Even if you just went to a studio and took couple photos, that could count as paper.

Me and the girl just did our one year on the Spirit of Norfolk two weeks ago. Did a dinner cruise .... had a great time.
The food was awesome, and we hung out on the outside deck most of the time drinking.
Plus its way different than any other regular dinner so you get points for that

I am going to look into Ruth Chris Steak House..where is that located...also I would get her a dog but Im buying my son a puppy for his b-day in Noveber so dont want to have 2 of them until I get into a house next year
