Mark has a good shop. Its easy to point the finger.
Mark has more at stake and wouldn't just do shitty work.
You cannot please every customer, and def. not the bad ones.

I also had a friend present when Ryan straightened out some wiring issues he had previous then the guy apoligized to Mark for flipping out shook his hand and rolled out then got home the same night and started bashing them..

Matt by all means is the best tuner local to us and one of few id trust on the whole east coast. (aside from Mr vortech FMU, JK JK JK haha)
All i was trying to say is, Dont point the finger at the tuner because somthing went wrong. To you it "may be wrong" but in the eyes of a tuner, he knows what he is doing and what your engine needs to stay together or break in or other reason. Ive had several "bad" tunes from Matt, to most peoples standards. Hard starts and rich part throttling. But it was due to a new engine being broke in or somthing else.. BUT FOR A REASON.. Running rich isnt always a "bad" thing for a new engine. This rich mixture washes more oil off the cylinder walls, preventing glazing or atleast prolonging it. This allows the rings to seat more efficently. Once the glazing starts, break in is over. If your break in doesnt last long enough, your engines health with reflect that. I'm not going to get into how to break a engine in but just trying to clear up that matt nor mark are bad tuners
