Actually the P72 flows better. everyone just thinks the PR3 flows more just cause some guy got like 3cfm more from a b16 head on a beanch... but its been dyno proven many times the P72 has the best output.

ITR head is just a B16 PR3 with a lil more lift & duration & a light port job.. I always get head work done so Id still perfer P72

whatever you get it had better be boosted. If you want a cheap b series boost setup then a stock b18b gets my vote.
