does anyone know what to use to fill in scratches and and dings in the car? thanks for the help

 

touch up paint. If you're really good, you can touch up the scratch and when it dries, carefully color sand the exhisting paint to almost get a seem free touch up. Take a lot of talent to do it correctly, but I know there is people that can do it.
