Default paint scratches

what is the best thing to use on paint scratches, theyre not bad just noticable
i saw maguires and scratch X are there any better ones out there to use?

How deep are the scratches? More than likely you will need a high speed buffer and some sort of compound for machine use.

alright i think my friend has a buffer, ill go to the auto store tommorrow but are there any products you reccomend?

3m. rubbing compound and a high speed buffer with some torque, then some polishing compound,boo ya, bling.

start off with a SUPER mild polish, say, meguiars scratch remover 2.0 and use a decent buffing wheel.. If that doesn't work, post again..

i did it it worked pretty good, still some visible ones but alot alot better thanks for the help. meguires scratch remover is amazing

I know the thread is dead, but I want to just post for anyone who searches it in the future.

I had the Supra at a shipyard and somehow those idiots got overspray from a paint booth ALL OVER my car. So there were speckels of red paint completely covering the car.

Using the simple formula above, we got the overspray off in about 3 hours, then a coat or two of polish on it in about 2 hours, and the thng looked brand spanking new.
