Anyone know who this jerk is?
I saw him rocketing down independence blvd burning oil big time and leaving the whole place in smoke.
THEN later at the walmart he flys in going across parking spaces almost hitting me and my friend while walking to our cars.
Then he leaves his car running in the middle of the parking lot filling it up with smoke too.
The way he drives it is if he wants it to blow up.
Anyway just an idiot out there to look out for, i wonder if he is on here.
