Here is the deal, most of you know this already.. but my ex gf rear ended someone with my car last fall, and the car sit dmg'd because she didnt have the money to fix it yet. This spring she had the money to fix it but I couldnt go w/o a car since my roomie was out to sea(for 6 months) He go back last month and I gave my ex the bill to fix my car.. and now she's not taking my phone calls, email, nothing.

I have all the bills, + copies, as well as a note she left me last spring saying 'get the car fixed, mail the bill to this address and we will cover the dmg' then signed the bottom. No there was no notery on the letter but it's all in her hand writing. Everyone knows she did it, she never said anything other then that, and we all know she's rear ended a total of 4 people in her 5 years of driving...with over 6 speeding tickets, needless to say she's far from a 'good' driver. It seems like a easy case for court. I have talked to one lawyer about the deal but he's 'busy' and wasnt to work on my case in 07... I need someone to start on it now.


SOOooo anyone around here used a lawyer and thought they were good? let me know!
