i have a turbod ls in a 89 ef 4 door with a pr3 running da car but vetc has been disabled.the ecu has a pm6 map launch contol and a 8500 rev limit. car will not got over 3200 it does that im my car a my boys 91 si hatch. and the car revs slow and will make a turbo glow red if timiming is not advancted. the chip is burned useing turbo edit buy a buddy of mine can any one tell me whats rong or how to fix it.
