Need a lift
Anybody have a lift I can get my car up on to check my drive shaft? I think my universal joint is going bad and need to check . If its not that then it might be my TQ converter braking up.

Re: Need a lift
I'm off Woodman Rd, a mile north of Parham Rd, a mile south of I-295. My red car sits on the garage and can only go outside when it's not raining (there is no top, windows, etc) for it.
SS Automotive can get it transported pretty cheap, they are also a VaDriven sponsor.

Re: Need a lift
yea bro. I can drive my car as long as I dont boost and keep the rpms down. I started getting this vibration above 3k and the higher the rpms the worse it gets. I pull though 3 gears hard and the vibration was crazy but after decel it was like a loose vibration. I was told it might be my TQ converter braking up but if that was going to brake I would think it would have gone on those hard pulls. Car still shifts and runs fine now. This is why I am thinking a universal joint in the drive line.

Okay, keep an eye on the weather and let me know when you want to come by. Weekdays after 6:30p or if it's on a weekend, I gotta make sure I'm around.
