sounds like its running backwards, take the fuel line off the injector rain and turn it onto the on position, does the car even try to fire up or is it a dry crank?

 

Mind checking your spelling, which line now? lol

What do you main by dry crank? It is cranking weirdly, like a constant cranking noise, but it won't start. It doesn't sound like it would.

 

dry crank - a constant turn over speed, no quick splutters like its trying to start running

usually theres a valve on the fuel rail on the engine that you can press with a small object like a small screwdriver to determine if theres any fuel pressure at all or you can remove the fuel line after the filter.

did you replace the pump only inside the big plastic housing or did you replace the whole unit, including the float?

 

I replaced the fuel pump and the little white bag underneath it. Not anything else like the fuel level floater on that rod.
