i want to start off with a good bottom end when i swap soon, now would this be a good bottom end or no? i am not worried about the sleeves i do plan on building this motor, give me some insight/tips/comments please. much appreciated.

If you plan to resleeve the motor then you should just go with the LS block. It can be had for less money and is exactly the same minus the larger bore. But since you are sleeving, who cares about that? What are your engine plans? What are you building it for?
