Anyone know of a place that I can get some brazing done in Roanoke..?

Brazing is like welding but its adhesion instead of fusion, while using brass filler rod and flux. Brazing and braze welding are used when two different materials are needing to be joined together, like cast steel and mild steel. Martin braze welded my stock manifold when mounted my 35mm tial flange to it.

Ah, gotcha!

I've heard the term before but was unsure as to what the definition was. Makes sense now.

It did the first time, some other guy worked on it. I took it back to them and Martin re-did the manifold himself free of charge no questions asked. I was surprised how helpful they were for such a small shop.
