How the fuck do you get a 4.7? Last I checked 4.0 was perfect.

No lots of schools run on a scale where you can get variants of letter grades, B-, B, B+, so getting all A+ would be a 5.0.

In AP classes, an A is worth 5.0 IIRC.

I'm you're age adn thats what is was like when I was in HS. Are valedictorian had like a 4.4 or something. Having over a 4.0 isn't the uncommon.

At my high school, honors classes and AP classes were worth an extra point on the scale. For example, an A was 5 points, B was 4 points, etc.

^ You know what... you're right... I remember now my AP classes were each worth .5 more... so an A was a 4.5 in NOVA.
