I know it was. That's why I said that... lol. I noticed the plate, and the wheels. Not like there are any other Imola S4's around here regularly.

Sell that WRX already... You've got a real car, and there's no need for a toy.

My car has been on the same jackstands for the last week while I've been installing my turbo. As long as it's a flat, level, solid surface(concrete preferred), then the risks of anything happening are next to none. Unless of course you're using jackstands not rated for the car you have them underneath.

Im going to, no worries! Im taking the WRX up to NOVA in the next week or two and getting it tuned the right way on an AWD dyno. Once all the bugs are worked out, i'm throwing it up for sale and devoting all my time and money to the S. And yes, bigger turbos will be a must.

Okay, guys... I'm not saying jack stands are evil or should never be used. I just feel more comfortable, personally, working underneath something a bit more solid... Maybe it's the confidence of feeling like a lift is more solid and stable? I don't know... I just feel safer that way. I would never want to install new downpipes on an S4 with it on jackstands.. That's for damn sure!

I've used jackstands. I just don't feel all too safe with them.

btw, it's weird that I saw your car at River's Edge before. weird to see it so many times in such a short time span when I never saw it out and about before at all.

Hahah you saw it down there too? I have my soccer games there several times a week, which is probly why you've seen it allot recently.
