My whole point.
You said more projects. well of course a larger city has more. How many do you think a city with a population of 2 million has? The point is you have NO FACTS. Per Capita Portsmouth is in worse shape.

Hell NRHA's REDEVELOPMENT budget is 32,893,327 for 2007 while PRHA's annual budget is only 20,000,000. Which city do you think makes more improvements?

Edit: None of that really has to do with the quality of the city, Norfolk makes more money so it can afford to support more people. Considering these cities are so close geographicaly we can compare the median home cost. Portsmouth cost 84% of what Norfolk does. Home cost are driven by demand. So why do you think people want to pay more to live in Norfolk?

To be honest, I didn't say Portsmouth was a shithole, it has some really nice places to live, however I would not say Norfolk is worse. My point was you have no facts for your argumnet. For someone investing their money in reality, Norfolk is a better option than Portsmouth IMO.

That was 2 yrs ago. You dont even know if they do and if they still do that doesnt mean that its because its a better place to live. There are a number of reasons homes cost more.
Also why does the bigger budget mean more improvements. Why doesnt t just mean they have a shitload more people needing assistance?

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that P-town is ghetto as hell and trashy. Hell even people that have never been there before know how shitty it is. It's all over the fucking news. Stop trying to defend it. It's a shithole. Just accept it. That's like me trying to defend where I grew up in Queens, NY. It's a ghetto shithole. But I still love it.

It doesn't matter, my dated facts outweigh your non-existent facts. You obviously were never on a debate team. Until you prove me otherwise, your statement holds no weight.

Home cost are relevant in an area as close as this. It isn't like I am comparing NYC to bumfuck Wyoming.

That is the REDEVELOPMENT budget, that means rebuilding and making improvements, not supporting people. Whereas the PRHA of 20 million is the total operating budget, including public housing, section 8, redevelopment, etc.

Says you. What makes your dated facts any more relevent then no facts? For all you know the property values could be more in Portsmouth now then Norfolk. My arguement is baised on my opinion and the fact that you cant prove it wrong...which your outdated bullshit breakdown cant. For you to have a leg to stand on all your research would have to be much more current and detailed. You dont know shit about the present stats on either city. I have been speculating from the begining and you have been trying to prove me wrong ever since and you still cant do it. You havent put up one valid peice of info that makes Norfolk exceptionaly better then portsmouth. Im not trying to prove the opposite, only that you cant prove your point. I THINK Norfolk is no better then Portsmouth. Thats all I have ever maintained. I have nothing to prove. You do.

Your apparently one that thinks Pitbulls are all viciuos killers too, huh? Cause You have no expierience but thats wht the news says. Why not think for yourself and not be led by what you here from others, or the very little knowledge you have on a subject? That makes you ignorant. Im only stating that my opinion is that its no worse then Norfolk. You see Norfolk on the news just as much. Why dont you think that is one big ghetto/shithole? Oh ya...Cause its got a mall and grandby. Good reason.

Regardless, do you think that population, square miles and housing value are all the variables in this equation? Your trying to be so statistical...do you think that crime rate, unemployment, school systems and such would have no bearing on this? You are trying to prove my opinion wrong in the dumbest way possible. It doesnt make sense because even if norfolk looks better on paper according to some of your facts, you dont have all the facts. So the houses cost more in 06...who gives a fuck....what did you prove? That you will make less if you live in Norfolk but pay more for your house?? Why the fuck does that make it so nice?
