97 BMW M3 4 Door/GTO 6.0 LS2/T56 6 speed! Very Fast!
Well LS2's cost considerably more than LS1's, and seeing as how a decent LS1 and a trans already cost nearly half of the price you listed without even accounting for mounts, wiring, etc. , it would appear that the remaining rolling chassis of these cars aren't worth shit regardless of how nice they are. There's your difference.
The only possible reply to the brilliant info you have added to my post, and your argument why ls engines suck............. "Your mom should of swallowed man".
Yes, Im aware but ur comparing Apples to oranges man. Yes I agree, banks are going to have a issue with loaning 20k on a old m3. I was/ am a "certified Bmw car and bmw bike tech, which really means nothing other then I spent a lot of time in New Jersey going to bmw school. Certified might get u the job, actually knowing how to turn wrenches will keep it.
Highlighted this quote, just to inform that NO BANK will loan 20k for it. They will loan up to the actual max of "Excellent" condition for the car by itself. At 100k mileage, in "excellent" condition with all the bells and whistles...it's worth less than $6k.
Just letting you know you need to market the car to more "track/performance" oriented folks.
For a few thousand more you can buy a ten+ year newer high mileage m3 v8... 20k Is way too damn high. Also is it a t-56 as the GTO didn't have one.

Build looks good, better pictures (and action pics) will do more justice.
