i bet... it does spin on start then comes to a stop because of cold oil......
the smoke is from residual oil leaking from the seal..... kinda normal.
for a t4 on a b series it honestly shouldnt spin i had a tdo4 on my teg and it didnt spin
dont worry about it... wtf are you gonna do anyways. buy a new one?

I have a S372 on my race car and it spins at idle as well as the T4 t67 on my street car.
